The head of the regional military administration, Vitalii Diakivnych, stated this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy attacked the Poltava region once again," Diakivnych noted.

According to him, the fall of a UAV was recorded in an open area in the Myrhorod district.

The drone also hit a railway infrastructure facility in the Lubny district.

As of now, Diakivnych said, emergency services have not received any information about injuries.

As Ukrinform reported, on the morning of August 1 in the Poltava district, Russian drones struck a critical infrastructure facility and then attacked a logistics terminal again.
