CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY—Eager motorists are risking the crossing of a damaged section of the San Fernando–Talaingod national highway, ignoring warnings from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) that landslides could recur at any moment. This highway connects the provinces of Bukidnon and Davao del Norte.
