As many as 3,444 students in Malappuram received allotment in the Plus One higher secondary second supplementary allotment that was published on Monday (August 3, 2026). Across the State, 9,270 students have secured allotment.
In Malappuram where 5,532 applications were considered valid, including 812 from other districts, 1,607 vacancies remain for 2,088 students who did not get allotment.
In Kozhikode where 2,331 applications were considered for allotment, 1,496 students got allotment. There were 2,804 seats in the district. As many as 1,308 seats are vacant for 835 students who did not get allotment.
In Palakkad where 3,113 applications were valid, 1,804 students got allotment. As many as 988 seats are vacant for 1,309 students who did not get allotment. Across the State, 32,291 seats are vacant for 5,677 students who did not get allotment.
In model residential schools, 10 students have got allotment. As many as 382 seats are still vacant.
Admissions on the basis of the second supplementary allotment will be held from 10 a.m. on Tuesday (August 4, 2026) till 4 p.m. on Wednesday (August 5, 2026). Those who received allotment should take permanent admission.
