According to Ukrinform, this was reported on the website of the President of Ukraine and in the relevant decree No. 704/2026 issued by the head of state.
“The sanctions target 23 companies and 20 individuals associated with them who manufacture and supply equipment and components to the Russian military-industrial complex and security forces in circumvention of sanctions,” the statement reads.
It is noted that among them is the company “Kidma Tech,” which manufactures optical devices, air defense systems, and multiple launch rocket systems, repairs aviation and anti-tank guided missiles, and the Morozov Plant, which is part of the sanctioned “Rostec” group. The plant manufactures explosives, rocket fuel, and materials for missile systems; in particular, it supplies solid-fuel propellant for the engine of the “Iskander-M” ballistic missile. Also on the list are “Spetselektronkomplekt,” which is involved in the production of guided air-to-ground missiles, and the company “Aurum,” which supplies electronic warfare systems and drones to Russian occupiers.
The list also includes Russian IT companies that develop digital solutions and information security software for government and private clients.

“We are continuing our systematic efforts to impose sanctions against weapons manufacturers—particularly those producing ballistic missiles—and other companies that support the Russian military-industrial complex. Every company that loses access to components, technologies, or financing will produce fewer ballistic missiles, drones, and other weapons of war. The more countries join these restrictions, the weaker Russia’s ability to strike Ukraine will become,” emphasized Vladyslav Vlasiuk, the President’s Advisor and Representative on Sanctions Policy.
As previously reported, on June 26, President Volodymyr Zelensky signed decrees enacting the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to extend sanctions against entities serving the Russian military-industrial complex and to impose sanctions on traitors and collaborators.
