Enough Form-6 and declaration forms have been printed and distributed to Booth Level Officers (BLOs) to assist those who need, including 10 lakh Form-6s printed for Bengaluru alone, Chief Electoral Officer V. Anbu Kumar said on Monday. Form-6 is used by new voters or those seeking inclusion in the electoral roll.

As of August 2, a total of 11,98,517 forms had been received by the CEO’s office, of which more than 8.03 lakh were Form-8 applications, the highest among all categories. Voters seeking corrections to their name, address and eight other particulars can apply using Form-8. Up to four corrections can be made through a single Form-8 application.
