SAN ILDEFONSO, ILOCOS SUR, Philippines — The Tagudin–Cervantes Road in Suyo in this province is now passable to all types of vehicles on Tuesday (Aug. 4) after a rockslide affected a portion of the highway. According to a road advisory issued by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), the rockslide occurred in Sitio (sub-village) Lipay, Barangay Urzadan, initially reducing the affected section to one lane.
