ILOILO CITY — The Iloilo City Emergency Operations Center (ICEOC) convened a Pre-Disaster Risk Assessment (PDRA) on Wednesday to prepare government responders for the possible effects of Tropical Storm Maymay and Typhoon Dolphin, even as neither cyclone is expected to make landfall in Western Visayas.
