Under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) in Dharwad have recorded 99.99% achievement in distribution of enumeration forms to voters.

According to a release issued by Dharwad Deputy Commissioner Snehal R., in the SIR process which started on June 30, a total of 16,21,850 enumeration forms have been distributed out of the total electorate of 16,21,961.

As per the release, digitisation of 10,64,535 enumeration forms has been completed, registering an achievement of 65.63%.

In Dharwad district, the BLOs have identified 1,63,295 cases, including 73,375 permanently shifted voters, 32,805 deceased voters and 10,345 cases of double entries, 46,163 absent voters, and 607 other cases.

Barring Hubballi Dharwad Central and West Assembly constituencies, 100% distribution of enumeration forms has been achieved in the remaining five Assembly constituencies in the district, according to the release.
