Members of the small business sector have reacted positively to Labour’s new small business proposals, describing them as both keenly requested and long overdue.

Labour’s proposals, announced on Thursday, include lifting the asset tax write-off threshold from $1000 to $10,000 for businesses with annual turnover under $10 million.
