NEW DELHI: The death toll from the devastating floods in Assam rose to 95 after six more people died, while more than 1.6 lakh people remained affected across 14 districts, officials said on Thursday.

The number of affected people has risen sharply from 1.22 lakh in five districts reported on Tuesday.
