OLONGAPO CITY — A farmers’ group on Thursday renewed its call for Congress to investigate the proposed Pax Silica artificial intelligence hub that would rise in New Clark City, saying Malacañang’s assurances last month that no farmers would be displaced failed to answer questions surrounding the controversial project.
