The jury who will decide Lindsay Clancy's fate will hear from the medical examiner involved in the murder case on Thursday.
Clancy is standing trial for killing her three children Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, eight months, using exercise bands in the basement of her Duxbury home in January 2023.
The Massachusetts mom then tried to end her own life after slashing her wrists and neck before jumping from a second-story window.
Clancy has pleaded not guilty in her case citing postpartum psychosis, a rare but serious medical emergency characterized by a rapid onset psychiatric episode.
The prosecution maintains that the former nurse's actions were premeditated and deliberate.
