The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry announced the visit in a post on X, according to Ukrinform.
According to the ministry, Bayramov toured the restored Irpin Central City Hospital and the Zarifa Aliyeva Linguistic Lyceum in Irpin. During the visit, he was briefed on the reconstruction work already completed and informed about Azerbaijan's future support for Ukraine's recovery efforts, including plans to restore the city's House of Culture.

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said the visit highlighted Azerbaijan's continued humanitarian assistance and steadfast commitment to supporting the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.
Bayramov arrived in Kyiv on Thursday, August 6.
Earlier in the day, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and Bayramov laid flowers at the Wall of Remembrance honoring those who died defending Ukraine.
