Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma has charged Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke, aka Davido, to concentrate on helping his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State, prepare for life after office.

Uzodimma said Davido should not direct any appeal at him ahead of the August 15, 2026 governorship election in Osun State, stressing that Adeleke will lose.
