The CREDAI Tirupati Property Expo 2026 commenced at Sree Convention Centre in Tirupati on Friday.
Tirupati MLA Arani Srinivasulu inaugurated the three-day event in the presence of Nagari MLA Gali Bhanu Prakash, TTD Board member G. Bhanu Prakash Reddy, CREDAI Andhra Pradesh chairman B. Srinivas, CREDAI Tirupati chairman K. Gopinath and CREDAI Tirupati president M. Rama Prasad Rao.
More than 2,000 properties, including residential flats, independent houses and villas, priced between ₹40 lakh and ₹4 crore, are being showcased by real estate developers and builders. The expo is also offering home loan assistance through leading banks and financial institutions.
Speaking to The Hindu, Mr. Rama Prasad Rao said the expo featured 56 stalls, with participation from around 20 builders, six banks and several building material suppliers.
He said 700 to 800 people visited the expo on the opening day and the organisers expected around 4,000 footfalls over the three-day event. They were also expecting about 300 property bookings by the conclusion of the expo.
