Lawmaker hurls eggs at Kosovo prime minister – video

An opposition lawmaker threw eggs at Kosovo's acting prime minister, Albin Kurti, after he told parliament he needed more time to hold talks with other parties before proposing a candidate for speaker following the country's snap election in June.

Alliance party MP Time Kadrijaj pulled eggs from her bag and threw them toward the prime minister while shouting, 'shame, shame'.

Kosovo has been stuck in a political deadlock for nearly two years
