OLONGAPO CITY — Water levels beneath three bridges in the city rose further on Sunday morning (Aug. 9), with the level beneath Sta. Rita Bridge reaching the evacuation level as rains continued to affect the area. As of 8:30 a.m., the water level beneath Sta. Rita Bridge had reached 3 meters, while the level beneath Del Rosario Bridge climbed to 2.7 meters, reaching the critical level.
