That is according to the fund's press service, Ukrinform reports.
"Of the scheduled auctions, 22 involve concluding new lease agreements, while 21 involve extending existing lease agreements," the statement said.
The fund noted that among the five most interesting lots are an administrative building in Kyiv with an area of 325 square meters and a starting rental price of UAH 2,129, and a sawmill in Ivano-Frankivsk covering 456.2 square meters, with a starting rental price of UAH 29,680.

In July 2026, the State Property Fund's team held 111 online auctions for state property lease agreements, 84 of which were successfully completed. As a result, lease payments totaling UAH 1,022,845 were secured.
From January through June 2026, the State Property Fund generated nearly UAH 3.45 billion in budget revenues. The lease of state property accounted for UAH 494.27 million.
