LUCENA CITY – The Laguna Lake Development Authority warned lakeshore communities, local governments, and other stakeholders around Laguna de Bay to take precautionary measures as continued rains from the southwest monsoon could further elevate the lake’s water level. “The current lake level remains below the critical high-water mark.
