CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The municipal government of Baco has suspended face-to-face classes on Tuesday (Aug. 11) amid strong, continuous rains in the coastal town of Oriental Mindoro. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), following reports of persistent heavy rainfall and high water levels in its jurisdiction.
