MANILA, Philippines — The enhanced southwest monsoon, or habagat, may continue to affect Luzon, bringing gloomy skies and rains until Wednesday afternoon, according to the state weather bureau. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported in a 4 p.m. weather bulletin on Tuesday that the following areas may still experience dispersed rainfall and thunderstorms: Meanwhile, isolated rain showers or thunderstorms are likely to prevail over the rest of Luzon also due to the habagat.
