According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported this on Facebook.

“Emergency services extinguished the fire covering an area of 10,000 m². They are currently inspecting and dousing the building’s structures,” the statement reads.

The threat of further attacks complicated firefighting efforts, forcing rescuers to suspend operations and take cover.

All emergency services were on the scene.

As reported by Ukrinform, a fire broke out in a shopping center in one of the city’s residential districts following a strike on Zaporizhzhia.
