Iran parliament speaker says US used more firepower in Iran than on Vietnam

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said the US had used more firepower against Iran than during the Vietnam War.

Speaking at an event broadcast by state broadcaster IRIB, Ghalibaf said Tehran must reach a “point of deterrence” to avoid becoming trapped in a cycle of war and peace.
