Westpac is warning Kiwis to be aware of a growing number of fraudulent Facebook complaints pages tricking people into providing banking details for refunds that never arrive.
The pages impersonate legitimate organisations and target victims who post about complaints or service issues, offering refunds, compensation or account credits.
