Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"A civilian vessel flying the flag of the Republic of Togo was damaged. Unfortunately, four people were injured, three of whom were hospitalized, with one in serious condition," Kiper said.

The regional governor added that the attack caused fires, which have since been completely extinguished.

As Ukrinform earlier reported, the number of people injured in a Russian attack on a postal facility in a suburb of Odesa has risen to seven, with five hospitalized.
