KIDAPAWAN CITY—Twenty-six metric tons of various tropical fruits await visitors to the free eat-all-you-can fruits at the culmination of the two-day Timpupo (harvest) festival here on Tuesday, Aug. 18. City agriculturist Marisa Aton said that a 2.2-kilometer table made from bamboo will be assembled along the Cotabato-Davao highway for the yearly free fruit-eating galore starting at 4 p.m. These tables will be adorned with fruits such as marang, rambutan, banana, lanzones, durian, and dragon fruit, which are produced by local farmers here.
