OLONGAPO CITY— A landslide destroyed a house at the boundary of New Cabalan-Old Cabalan at 11 a.m. on Monday when the area’s slope protection softened due to water flow triggered by constant rains The landslide reported no casualties because the occupants were out of the house when the tragedy struck. A neighboring road has been temporarily closed as a precaution. Olongapo City Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. conducted an assessment of the area for preventive measures.
