CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — Four major river systems in the province have reached critical water levels as of 7 a.m. on Tuesday, the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) announced. The river systems that have triggered the alert are the Alag River in the town of Baco and the Bucayao, Panggalaan, and Longos Rivers in Calapan City.
