Verkhovna Rada Chairman Ruslan Stefanchuk said this during a parliamentary session in response to a question from MP Dmytro Kostiuk, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

The lawmaker asked whether President Volodymyr Zelensky had submitted to Parliament nominations for Yevhenii Khmara to become Defense Minister and Andrii Sybiha to become Foreign Minister.

“As of now, the submissions for the appointment of the Ministers of Defense and Foreign Affairs have not been received by the Verkhovna Rada,” Stefanchuk said.
