Rumoured 007 frontrunner Callum Turner has opened up about his wedding to singer Dua Lipa, describing it as “the most beautiful day of my [his] life”.
The 36-year-old, who is set to star alongside Monica Barbaro in the film One Night Only, tied the knot with Dua back in May at Marylebone Town Hall, with the newlyweds reportedly hosting a second celebration in Sicily.
Pop sensation Dua has since posted a carousel of images from the wedding, alongside the caption: “Mr & Mrs”.
Now, in an interview with Esquire UK, Turner has spoken out about the couple’s special day.
“It was amazing, and it was… it was the most beautiful day of my life,” he said. “We went to the park yesterday, and everyone who walked past said, ‘Congratulations’. It was pretty surreal.”
Speaking on the attention the wedding celebrations received, Turner said he found it “weird” to have “such a personal thing happen” and have it “spoken about publicly and by a lot of people”.
When asked about whether his plans for the future involve having kids, the star said: “Obviously, yeah, I’m 36. I’d like to have a family and raise some kids.”
Turner also discussed his and Dua’s shared love of travelling, adding: “We both have the same thing in our head that says, ‘Run, roam, see the world, explore and discover’. And yeah, we love doing it together.”
The newlyweds have been together since January 2024, with Dua announcing they were engaged during an interview with British Vogue back in June 2025.
Known for hit tracks “Training Season”, “One Kiss” and “Houdini”, the Brit Award-winning singer entered the spotlight in 2016 following the release of “Be The One”.
Her eponymous album was released the year after, while her 2020 release Future Nostalgia shot to number one in the UK album charts.
Meanwhile, Turner’s acting credits include playing Frank Churchill in Emma (2020), Theseus Scamander in Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022) and Shaun Emery in BBC’s thriller series The Capture.
Turner is also rumoured to be one of the forerunners to play James Bond, with the star telling The Hollywood Reporter: “I know as much as you do – really, I know as much as you do.”
