This was reported by Vadym Liakh, head of the Sloviansk Military Administration, on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
“Today, July 23, at 3:40 p.m., the enemy carried out an airstrike on Sloviansk. The strike hit an area with high-rise buildings. At least seven high-rise buildings were damaged,” the city’s head wrote.
According to Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, at least 10 people were injured as a result of the shelling of Sloviansk.
“All relevant emergency services are on the scene. The injured are receiving the necessary medical care,” Filashkin noted.

He stated that the Russians had once again deliberately targeted residential neighborhoods. “They are hunting down civilians and trying to turn everyday life into a state of constant fear,” the head of the Regional Military Administration wrote.
As previously reported, in the Donetsk region over the past 24 hours, on July 22, the Russian army wounded five civilians.
