A long-time favourite for both espresso and filter, Industry Beans earns its place on this list for daring to reinvent the daily grind. Take their best-of-both-worlds bubble cold-brew – complete with coffee-soaked tapioca pearls – or the signature Fitzroy iced coffee, which boasts a hint of native wattleseed. For something outright decadent, the cold-brew tiramisu float comes layered with rich mascarpone cream and a dusting of cocoa. Go on, treat yourself.
