The saga of Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks is continuing, with the person behind the account allegedly showing off a video of them flying over Vice City in a biplane. Originally spotted by Insider Gaming, we cannot verify the legitimacy of this video as it appears to have been taken down from every available source, but the most notable part is that it appears the leaker actually has access to a playable build of the game, and not just a series of videos.
As highlighted by comments on the now-removed video on Reddit, and described in the Insider Gaming article, the leaker known as "Cyberleek" reportedly shoots holes into a wall to spell out the word "leek." Intentionally misspelling the word "leak," given that that's the leaker's alias, is a strong indicator that they have the game itself. Previously, it was thought they were only sharing internal gameplay videos from Rockstar.
Insider Gaming reports that in the rest of the video, Jason, one of two playable characters in GTA 6, flies a biplane over Vice City during the day, showing panoramic views of Leonida, which is the name of the entire map. These include clips from a cinematic camera, and it lasts for approximately two minutes, before a jump cut to the aforementioned clip of firing shots into a wall.
This is the fifth GTA 6 leak to have happened this week, with prior examples including a screenshot of the full in-game map, and three other videos. One video shows Jason playing basketball, another features him driving a car at night followed by a fistfight, and the third has him tasering civilians.
Cyberleek claims via text overlaid on their leaks that they're going to continue leaking parts of the game until Rockstar announces physical disc-based versions of the game. The news that GTA 6 would be digital-only caused some uproar when it was announced, but earlier this month, Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick doubled down on the decision.
