If you want to run around Arc Raiders looking like a Subway sandwich wrapper, now you can via one of the more unlikely collaborations we’ve seen in the world of video games in recent years.

Embark Studios’ super serious extraction shooter has partnered with the fast-food chain ahead of the Frozen Trail update release on October 8, which is intended to breathe new life into the game following last year's record-breaking launch.

Every qualifying Subway meal “Fuels the Raid” with a code for an exclusive Subterranean outfit plus a rotation of weekly rewards bundles that contain additional outfits and in-game items.

From August 20 to October 26, if you buy a qualifying Subway meal featuring a 6-inch sub, Footlong, salad, or wrap, you’ll get a unique code unlocking exclusive Arc Raiders’ rewards. Each code unlocks the original Subterranean outfit, one of three exclusive Subway-themed outfit variants, and two bonus in-game items that rotate weekly throughout the promotion.

Embark has said the Frozen Trail update is the game’s biggest since launch, and comes as the developer focuses on fewer but larger updates. It’s designed to address some of the broader requests from the community, and will introduce a new map, high-level challenge, Arc threats, deeper progression systems, and more.

Arc Raiders Frozen Trail key features:

• The Next Frontier -Raiders will venture beyond the mountains into a harsh, frozen settlement at the edge of the Rust Belt, featuring greater verticality, exploration, and opportunities for discovery.
• New High-level Challenge -Frozen Trail introduces an enormous new ARC Operation built for experienced Raiders, emphasizing meaningful decisions, dynamic encounters, cooperation, and survival.
• New ARC, New Threats -New ARC threats will challenge Raiders with new behaviors and require players to adapt how they move and fight.
• Deepening Progression -Players will be able to expand beyond their Raider Den into a new Outpost, which can be decorated and used to research the world and begin reclaiming the surface. Frozen Trail will also introduce changes to the Skill Tree and Raider Decks, giving players more ways to shape their Raider.
• And More -The team is continuing to work on new content to enhance players’ experiences, as well as new weapons (and personalization!), gadgets, cosmetics, instruments and other surprises, alongside continued improvements to matchmaking, anti-cheat, stability and quality of life updates.
