Andrii Demchenko, spokesperson for Ukraine's State Border Guard Service, said this on Ukrainian television, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.
"Overall, we are not seeing any changes along the border. Of course, the threat from Belarus remains, but there is no buildup or formation of any strike groups in the direction of our border," Demchenko said.
According to him, Russia continues to pressure Belarus to become more actively involved in the war against Ukraine, while Russian military personnel and infrastructure are present in Belarus.

At the same time, Ukraine maintains strong defensive positions along the entire length of its border with Belarus to counter possible threats, Demchenko said.
Earlier, Demchenko commented on Ukrainian intelligence reports that Russia could attempt to launch an offensive in northern Ukraine if it carries out additional mobilization. He said that intelligence units of Ukraine's Defense Ministry and the State Border Guard Service are continuously monitoring the situation on the other side of the border, particularly toward the Chernihiv region, to assess enemy activity and capabilities in a timely manner.
