David planted a cheeky kiss on her cheek as they sat down for some Italian food with daughter Harper, 15, son Cruz, 21, and his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30.
David's mother Sandra joined in on the lunch, likely to celebrate the release of Cruz's debut six-track EP Wear & Tear.
The family tucked into delicious pasta dishes and glasses of wine, before David cleansed his palate with some refreshing watermelon.

The singer says Wear & Tear, which he recorded with his band The Breakers, captures 'a life lived' – the good, the bad and all the 'learning curves' in between.
While one of the songs is a clear tribute to his mother – titled Wannabe after the Spice Girls' debut single – in other tracks he hints at the fallout with his older brother Brooklyn, seemingly poking fun at unnecessary feuds.
Cruz has said he hopes the six-song EP gets across the message that, despite people having different life experiences, they can still share emotions.
He mused: 'We’ve been high, and low, in love and in pain, jealous, upset – we’ve lived and learned. We’ve all got our wear and tear.'

Cruz hinted at the feud with Brooklyn in the single Seeing Red, with lyrics saying: 'Been seeing red for as long as I remember / Yeah, I said I'm already there / The moment I drop this s***, the whole thing's over.'
Yet despite the serious nature of the lyrics, Cruz revealed they're meant to be taken tongue-in-cheek, stating: 'Seeing red is a comedic take on a totally unserious moment of frustration, in this case in sports.
'Everyone’s competitive nature likes to take over now and then, but it’s all fun and games. Seeing red is a nod to that exact turning point.'
The music video also appears to pay homage to his dad David's career, with Cruz and his bandmates playing football.
However, things take a turn when the players start scrapping on the pitch, with Cruz depicted as bloodied and bruised.
Cruz also appears to hint at the family feud in the single Loneliest Boy. The track includes lyrics about 'breaking mama’s heart' – which has convinced fans that they were inspired by Brooklyn and his ongoing estrangement.
In one scathing verse, Cruz sings: 'Loneliest boy, place all your bets on him, To find something bad in somebody good, he always does, loneliest boy, I hope that you’re listening, don’t push all your friends away, when we’re tryna show you love.'
Elsewhere, the chorus goes: 'So tell me you’re scared, and that you need someone to hold. Cause you’re in the room but really, does it even show?
'But, why can’t they see that you’re a million miles away, They’ll never know, when you look so close.'
Even closer to the knuckle, a second verse reads: 'Loneliest boy, mama don’t talk too much, It’s breaking hеr heart.

Brooklyn has not acknowledged any of his parents' birthdays or milestones publicly since their rift began, around the time of David's 50th celebrations, and failed to share a post for Father's Day this year.
It was reported that Brooklyn was 'furious' that his parents had included him in a Father's Day post and wants them to 'leave him alone'.
Shortly before Christmas last year, Brooklyn blocked his parents on Instagram, while his lawyers later wrote to the Beckhams' team requesting all communication be conducted through legal representatives.
In January, Brooklyn released a scathing six-page statement denouncing his parents.
He announced he had cut ties with his family – declaring he was no longer part of 'Brand Beckham' and insisting his parents and their other children are 'performative'.
Brooklyn also claimed David and Victoria had controlled him for much of his life, attempted to drive a wedge between him and Nicola and left him embarrassed when his mother danced 'inappropriately' with him during the first dance at his wedding.
Yet five months after declaring that he and his wife Nicola want privacy, Brooklyn was savaged by fans, who branded him 'classless' after he collaborated with DoorDash for an advert that poked fun at the fallout.
Brooklyn was accused of selling his family out for a big sum following the release of his two-part DoorDash commercial.
In the teaser clip for the advert released on June 15, Brooklyn smirked and said: 'You're probably wondering why I'm watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home... It's a long story.'
It had been taken as mocking his parents David and Victoria – with whom he no longer speaks – and profiting off their name, while friends of the Beckhams have said the pair are 'devastated and inconsolable' by the jibe.
It's thought that he was paid 'at least $1million (£751,000)' for the campaign, with a source saying: 'Anything that makes him money is good – it shows that his brand is there and flourishing.'
Friends of the Beckhams were shocked to see Brooklyn's advert.
One told the Daily Mail's Katie Hind: 'To do an advert based on estrangement from family as if it’s a joke when his family is devastated and sister and grandparents inconsolable is shocking. Especially from someone who claims he wants peace and privacy.'
