Prince Williams Akporeha, the immediate past president of the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers, NUPENG, has explained why the 108-member All Progressives Congress, APC, Presidential Campaign Council, led by Abdulaziz Yari, would secure victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the January 16, 2027, election.

His appointment has stirred reactions in Nigeria’s political space ahead of the 2027 election.

“We are confident that he will bring discipline, strategic coordination and the necessary political experience to the assignment while ensuring that the campaign effectively reaches Nigerians across all regions and sectors,” he stated.
