Former tertiary education staff pleads not guilty to sexual violence charges
A former tertiary education employee has pleaded not guilty to sexual violence charges.
The man was given interim name suppression when he appeared at the Manukau District Court on Friday.
He is facing four charges - assault, indecent assault, and two counts of sexual violation.
His lawyer entered not guilty pleas on his behalf and said his client has elected a trial by jury.
Judge Luke Radich continued the man's bail and scheduled a case review hearing date in October.
