Four Palestinians and an Israeli were killed in a shooting in the Israeli-occupied West Bank Friday, Israeli and Palestinian officials said. Violence between Israeli settlers and troops and Palestinians has risen sharply in the occupied Palestinian territory since the start of the Gaza war.
