Whether you take your tequila straight or blended into a frozen margarita, today is officially your excuse to indulge (responsibly, of course). These national holidays can sometimes feel like internet fluff, but restaurant chains across the country are using the date to drop legitimately solid discounts. That matters to us.

Applebee's

The famous $1 Dollarita is back for National Tequila Day. You can grab a classic margarita on the rocks for just $1 at participating locations every day in July.

Chili’s

Score $5 Classic Margaritas and $7 Patrón Frozen Margaritas all day on July 24. Chili’s is also running its July "Rita of the Month" — the $6 Bombshell Marg, made with El Jimador Blanco tequila, triple sec, dragonfruit, strawberry, and house sour.

Chuy’s

Cuervo Tequila

Get a free margarita on National Tequila Day. To qualify, upload a photo of your receipt for a Cuervo cocktail directly to Cuervo, and you will be reimbursed via PayPal or Venmo (up to $10).

On The Border

Specials include $4 Cuervo 'Ritas, $3 Cuervo Shots, $2 Queso Cups, and $1 Meltdowns (a shot topper for your cocktail).

Taco Cabana
