According to Ukrinform, Head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi, reported this on Telegram.
"Three people were hospitalized in moderate condition. The others received outpatient medical assistance and were allowed to return home," Bryzhynskyi said.
Chernihiv Regional Military Administration head Viacheslav Chaus clarified that a 9-year-old girl was killed.
"My condolences go out to her family. Preliminary reports indicate that another 13 people were injured. Among them is a 10-year-old boy. Three people are currently in intensive care," Chaus said.
He added that at other impact sites, vehicles and a service station were damaged. Information about the consequences of the attack is being updated.
