BACOLOD CITY — Around 2,000 protesters joined a “Sona ng Bayan” rally in Bacolod City on Monday, ahead of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s fifth State of the Nation Address, calling for greater government accountability, an end to corruption, and higher wages.
