These are facilities that provide electricity to Poltava and the surrounding areas.

The detainee was identified as a student at a local university. The investigation established that she was collaborating with the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB). After being recruited, the suspect would walk around the city and the surrounding area under the guise of taking strolls to map the locations of energy facilities that the Russians were targeting for an airstrike.

The agent also traveled around the region by taxi, taking photos and videos of air defense locations.

The SSU exposed the enemy collaborator in advance and detained her. As the investigation revealed, the suspect came to the attention of Russian intelligence while searching for “easy” money on Telegram channels.

During a search of the detainee’s premises, authorities seized smartphones and computer equipment containing evidence of her collaboration with the invaders.

The suspect has been charged under Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine—treason under martial law.

The suspect is being held in custody without the right to bail. She faces life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

As reported by Ukrinform, a Russian agent was detained in Dnipro after activating more than a thousand Starlink systems for the enemy.
