According to Ukrinform, the Telegram channel Crimean Wind stated this in a post.

"In Feodosia, after a strike, an electrical substation on Kerch Highway is burning, and most of the city is without power," the message said.

It is noted that this is a major power facility — the Feodosia high-voltage transmission networks.

It had already been struck on July 1.

As Ukrinform reported, the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as part of the "Crimean Rubilnyk off" operation, hit another 18 electrical substations in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine seized by Russia, including 14 in temporarily occupied Crimea.
