MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Police in Pampanga’s Magalang town have filed charges against seven 15-year-old boys over a social media post threatening to harm students of the Tinajero National High School Annex in Barangay Santa Lucia. The Magalang Municipal Police Station announced on its Facebook page that the juveniles were brought before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in the City of San Fernando on Tuesday for inquest proceedings.
