New 'Lioness' preview promises chaos

"Lioness" fans finally get the season premiere this Sunday on Paramount+, and excitement is off the charts. As I've said many times, the first two seasons are both excellent.

The incredibly dark and gritty CIA/military series from Taylor Sheridan might be the best work he's ever put on TV, and that's an insanely high bar to clear.

Well, a new preview was released Monday for season three of "Lioness." It's clear that the tone of the show isn't easing up.

If anything, things are about to get much more violent and darker. Fans wouldn't have it any other way.

Give the latest season three preview a watch below, and let me know your thoughts at David.Hookstead@outkick.com.

Pure adrenaline that "Lioness" fans want injected directly into their veins. There's no doubt in my mind that season three is going to be incredible.

Give fans the explosions, gunfights, suspense, action, intrigue, mystery and I guarantee you the rest will take care of itself.

The success of "Lioness" is also a fun reminder that it's not hard to make great entertainment. Instead of focusing on woke slop, Sheridan makes stories that demand your attention, have clear good guys and bad guys and obvious stakes.

That's why Sheridan has become the most important visionary in entertainment with no rivals or peers.
