PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – Joint operatives arrested a newly-identified high-value individual (NHVI) and seized approximately 250 grams of suspected shabu worth P1.7 million during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Malagutay, Zamboanga City, officials confirmed Wednesday. Maj. Shellamie Chang, Police Regional Office-9 (PRO 9) information officer, said the joint anti-illegal drug operation was conducted at around 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, in Purok 4, Barangay Malagutay, resulting in the arrest of a male suspect, of legal age, a native of Jolo, Sulu, and currently residing in Barangay Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City.
