MANILA, Philippines — A House bill, filed on Tuesday by Speaker Faustino Dy III and Majority Leader Sandro Marcos, would allow more Filipino workers to keep a larger portion of their earnings by raising the annual tax-free income ceiling from P250,000 to P350,000.
