Susan Koh’s background in fashion shows at this cosy bolthole on Annerley Road (a Fujifilm development lab in a previous life). It’s in the fit-out, sure, but also the immaculate cakes and sandos Koh presents: think karaage French toast, yuzu brulee cheesecakes, fluffy tamago sandos and so on. For drinks, there are Five Senses speciality coffee, a lavender iced matcha and iced latte, and a Basque iced long black, where cheesecake is served torched atop a coffee, brulee-style.

Good to know: NOS. also does a lavender matcha that’s become a bit of a star on social media.
