Tear gas was thrown at residents, leaving several suffering from suffocation.
According to local media, dozens of settlers and Israeli forces stormed areas across the occupied West Bank.
The raids were accompanied by damage to Palestinian properties, attacks on residents as well as the arrest of a number of people.
In one instance on Friday morning, Israeli forces fired live ammunition at crowds in the town of Tell, south west of Nablus, to provide protection for settlers during their raid.
